Patient named Lalith sai aged 7 years visited neemtree dentalcare with severe pain in primary teeth. Pulpectomy followed by crowns placement was done for the patient. One primary tooth requiring extraction was performed painlessly followed by the delivery of space maintainer. Topical fluoride application was performed to prevent further decay of teeth.
